Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quote Rave, operated by EPAC Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Quote Rave Does

Quote Rave generates AI-assisted home improvement project estimates and connects clients with independent contractors. Estimates are informational — actual pricing is confirmed by the contractor, typically after an onsite visit. Quote Rave is not a contractor, does not perform any construction or repair work, and is not a party to any agreement between a client and a contractor.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

Generating a quote uses credits from your account balance. Credits are granted via free signup bonuses, paid subscriptions, one-time credit pack purchases, or promotional codes.
Credits do not expire, but are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final except where required otherwise by law — contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

4. For Clients

Estimates generated by the Service are AI-assisted approximations based on the information you provide. They are not binding quotes or guarantees of final price. Actual project cost, timeline, and scope are determined by the contractor you choose to work with. Quote Rave is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by a contractor.

5. For Contractors

By applying as a contractor, you represent that you hold any licenses, insurance, and permits required by law to perform the work you offer. You're solely responsible for your interactions with clients, the accuracy of pricing you provide, and the quality and safety of any work you perform. Quote Rave does not verify contractor licensing or insurance and makes no guarantee about the availability or volume of client leads.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
Harass, abuse, or harm another user

7. Intellectual Property

Quote Rave and its branding, design, and underlying technology are owned by EPAC Ltd. You retain ownership of the project information and photos you submit, and grant us a license to use them to provide the Service (for example, generating your estimate and sharing it with a contractor you contact).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated estimates, the availability of the Service at all times, or the conduct of any contractor or client using the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPAC Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to work performed by a contractor found through the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
